PinoyZone is a place to communicate and have appropriate discussion with others.

Try to keep in mind that our goal is to make a pleasant environment to all users as much as possible. To reach that goal, the following rules shall be strictly enforced on all users and its featured services. In case any posts and threads conform to these rules, your account shall be suspended, banned, or terminated without notice for any reason whatsoever. The PinoyZone reserves the right to change these rules at any time in timely manner.

1. Good Manners
Good manners are good manners, in person and/or on the Internet and we respectfully ask that everyone act in a polite and considerate manner regarding others. Sometimes, opinions differ as we all have different experiences and different stresses in our lives. So we believe that a little understanding goes a long way in avoiding hurt feelings on PinoyZone community.

2. Do not reveal your personal information on the forum.
This message board is a public forum and not private communications. Please acknowledge that everything that you post is available to anyone on these forums if someone wants to find it. You should not post or distribute any private or personal information. This includes real life full names, account information, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, instant messenger names, private messages, or any part thereof. Always use caution when giving out any personally identifying information about yourself in PinoyZone community.

3. Account discussion is prohibited.
In an effort to maintain account security and privacy, any discussion pertaining to account specific information including suspensions and terminations will be removed or deleted without notice.

4. Spamming is prohibited.
Spamming is the act of posting multiple and consecutive posts/threads in an effort to frustrate, harass, or otherwise make use of the forums difficult for others. So, don't spam the forum.

5. Personal attacks/Harassment is prohibited.
Badmouthing any member of this forum, any member of other forums, any company, or software is strictly prohibited. This includes posts and threads which attempt to attack or harass another user or group on a personal level. Posts and threads that don't conform to this will be deleted without notice.

8. Advertise or offer to sell any goods/services for any commercial purpose is prohibited.
Advertising is communication through a non-personal medium in which the sponsor is identified and the message is controlled in an effort to redirect traffic or otherwise promote products or solicit users, except if it explicitly implied on the thread or topic that you can.

9. Linking/Images
You may not post objectionable or offensive materials. This includes, but is not limited to pornography, sexually offensive/explicit, cruel, violent, or other material deemed inappropriate by support personnel. Uploading linking/images/files that contain software or other material protected by intellectual property laws (or by rights of privacy of publicity) unless you own or control the rights thereto or that contain viruses, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of another's computer are strictly prohibited.

10. Profanity is prohibited.
This includes any text with profane, sexual, racial, or negative inflections toward race, gender, creed, religion, and/or otherwise deemed inappropriate by our customer supports sole discretion.

11. Monitoring
VON has no obligation to monitor the message boards or the content posted on any User Control Page. However, we reserve the right to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part at our customer supports sole discretion.

12. Violation
Our goal is to make an environment as pleasant as possible for our users. To reach that goal, the following rules shall be strictly enforced on all users of the VON

a. Inappropriate post(sexual, harassment, and etc) - 7 days ID ban/10 days ID ban/Permanent ban.
b. Inappropriate forum ID - Request to change/ 7-day ID ban / Permanent banc
c. Form of account exchange or selling game money - Permanent ban
d. Impersonating VON's Management - Permanent ban
f. Promoting other websites or promotion - Admin's Discretion
